是Stayokay。每个旅馆都有不同的预定条款，如果你选择接受他们的预定条款，就表示你接受他们的要求，如果他们没有按照条款办理，你也可以提出异议：UniformConditionsofStayokayTheUniformConditionsofStayokayarederivedfromtheuniformconditionsgoverningallagreementsreachedandlodgingsandmealservicesprovidedbyhotels,restaurantsandcafés,aswellasassociatedcompaniesestablishedintheNetherlands.TheUniformConditionsofStayokayareregisteredattheAmsterdamChamberofCommerce.ApplicabilityTotheexclusionofallotherorgeneralconditions,theUniformConditionsofStayokayapplytotheestablishmentandcontentofallagreements,aswellasallspecialoffersorquotationsandrequestsforreservationsarisingasaresultoftheestablishmentofsuchagreements.Theapplicabilityofgeneralorotherconditionsofthecustomerand/orguestorofgeneralorotherconditionsreferredtobythecustomer,areexpresslysetasidebyStayokay.Iffurthergeneralconditionsnonethelessapply,theUniformConditionsofStayokaywillprevailincasesofpotentialconflict.EstablishmentofagreementsAlloffersmadebyStayokayoronbehalfoftheHostelwithrespecttotheestablishmentofanagreementarenon-bindingandtakeplaceonthedeferredcondition‘thattherearesufficientstocksand/orcapacitytohonourthereservation’.If,onbehalfofStayokay,theHostelshouldseekrecourseinaccordancewiththedeferredconditionwithinareasonableperiodascircumstancesmayrequirefollowingacceptancebythecustomer,theagreementwillbedeemednullandvoid.If,onbehalfofStayokay,theHostelhasawardedthecustomeranoption,thisoptionmaynotberevoked,exceptifandtotheextentthatanotherpotentialcustomermakestheHostelanoffertoestablishanagreementpertainingtotheservicesoutstandingundertheoptioninwholeorinpart.GeneralobligationsWithoutprejudicetothatstatedhereinafter,StayokayisobligatedinaccordancewiththeagreementtoprovidetheagreedservicesattheagreedtimesbytheHostelinthemannersuchisusuallyprovidedbytheHostelconcerned.Thisobligationdoesnotapply:undercircumstancesbeyondthecontrolofStayokayasintendedinArticle12;iftheguestdoesnotarriveatallorarrivesmorethanhalfanhouraftertheagreedtimeontheagreeddate;ifthecustomerfailstotransferthedeposit/interimpaymentintendedinArticle7ontime;ifthecustomerfailstosubmitaturnoverguaranteewithintheperiodstipulatedbyStayokay,despiteanexplicitrequesttothiseffect;ifthecustomerfailsinanyotherwaytocompletelyfulfilhis/herobligationsvis-à-visStayokayarisinginwhatevermanner.TheHostelisnotboundtotakeintoreceiptand/orpossessionforsafekeepinganygoodsbelongingtotheguest.PetsarenotpermittedattheHostels,withtheexceptionofguidedogsfortheblind.ExceptionalprovisionsThehouseruleswillbeclearlydisplayed,presentedormadeavailableforperusalforallguestswithintheHostel,ortheywillbepresentedinwritingtotheguests.Guestsareexpectedtocomplywiththehouserules.StayokayreservestherightwithintheHostelandatalltimeswithoutpriornotificationtorefrainfromprovidingservicestoaguest,iftheguestcontravenesoneormorehouserules,whetherrepeatedlyornot,orbehavesinsuchamannerastodisruptorderandtranquillitywithintheHostelinanywaywhatsoeverand/orinsuchawayastointerruptorpotentiallyinterruptitsnormaloperations.Stayokayreservestherighttoallocatetheguestand/orcustomeralternative(conference)spaceand/orroomsand/orareaswithinorbelongingtotheHostelthanshouldbeallocatedintermsoftheestablishedagreement,unlesssucharequestwouldclearlybeperceivedbytheguestasunreasonableandobviouslyunacceptable.Insuchacase,theguestand/orcustomerhastherighttoimmediatelyterminatetheagreementtowhichtheaforementionedwishofStayokayapplies,withoutprejudicetohis/herobligationsarisingfromanyotheragreement.If,basedontheforegoing,throughofferingalternative(conference)spaceand/orroomsand/orareaswithinorbelongingtotheHostelthanshouldbeallocatedintermsoftheestablishedagreement,Stayokayshouldsaveexpenses,theguestand/orcustomerhasarighttosaidsavings.Fortherest,Stayokaymayneverbeheldliablefordamagesinanywaywhatsoever.CancellationsingeneralThecustomerand/orguestisnotauthorisedtocancelanagreement,unlesshe/shesimultaneouslyandirrevocablyofferstopaytheamountsdeterminedhereinafter.Eachcancellationwillbedeemedtoincludesuchanoffer.Suchanofferwillbedeemedtohavebeenacceptedif,onbehalfofStayokay,theHosteldoesnotimmediatelyrejecttheoffer.Cancellationsmustbemadeinwriting,byletterand/orfaxandtheymustbedated.Thecustomercanderivenorightsonthebasisofaverbalcancellation.Inthecaseofano-show,thecustomerand/orguestwillinallinstancesbeobligatedtopaythereservationprice.Ifnotalloftheagreed(conference)spaces,roomsand/orareasand/ormealsarecancelled,theprovisionsbelowapplytothecancelled(conference)spaces,roomsand/orareasand/ormealsproportionately.GroupcancellationsIfareservationismadeforagroup,thefollowingapplieswithrespecttothecancellationofsaidreservation:Forcancellationmorethan3monthspriortothedateonwhich,accordingtotheagreement,thefirstservicewastohavebeenprovided,tobereferredtohereinafteras‘thecommencementdate’,thecustomerwillnotberequiredtopayStayokayanyformofcompensation.Forcancellationmorethan2monthspriortothecommencementdate,thecustomerwillberequiredtopayStayokay15%ofthereservationprice.Forcancellationmorethan1monthpriortothecommencementdate,thecustomerwillberequiredtopayStayokay35%ofthereservationprice.Forcancellationmorethan14dayspriortothecommencementdate,thecustomerwillberequiredtopayStayokay60%ofthereservationprice.Forcancellationmorethan7dayspriortothecommencementdate,thecustomerwillberequiredtopayStayokay85%ofthereservationprice.Forcancellation7daysorlesspriortothecommencementdate,thecustomerwillberequiredtopayStayokay100%ofthereservationprice.IndividualcancellationsIfareservationismadeforoneormoreindividuals,thefollowingapplieswithrespecttothecancellationofsaidreservation:Forcancellationmorethan1monthpriortothecommencementdate,thecustomerwillnotberequiredtopayStayokayanyformofcompensation.Forcancellationmorethan14dayspriortothecommencementdate,thecustomerwillberequiredtopayStayokay15%ofthereservationprice.Forcancellationmorethan7dayspriortothecommencementdate,thecustomerwillberequiredtopayStayokay35%ofthereservationprice.Forcancellationmorethan3dayspriortothecommencementdate,thecustomerwillberequiredtopayStayokay60%ofthereservationprice.Forcancellationmorethan24hourspriortothecommencementdate,thecustomerwillberequiredtopayStayokay85%ofthereservationprice.Forcancellation24hoursorlesspriortothecommencementdate,thecustomerwillberequiredtopayStayokay100%ofthereservationprice.CancellationbyStayokayAtalltimes,Stayokayreservestherighttoterminateanagreementwithoutanyobligationtopaycompensation,ifthereissufficientcausetobelievethatthemeetingtobeheldintheHostelonthebasisoftheagreementisofavastlydifferentnaturethanwouldhavebeenexpectedbasedonthecustomer’srequestorbasedonthecharacterofthecustomerorguests,andthatStayokaywouldnothaveenteredintotheagreementhaditknownthetruenatureoftheintendedmeeting.ShouldStayokaychoosetoexercisethisrightaftersaidmeetinghascommencedintheHostel,thecustomerandguestwillberequiredtopayfortheservicesrenderedthusfar,buthis/herremainingpaymentobligationslapse.Insuchacase,compensationforservicesrenderedtothatpointwillbecalculatedproportionately.Stayokayreservestherighttoimposefurtherconditionswithrespecttotheprogressionofthemeetingconcerned.Ifinsufficientguaranteesareforthcomingorifthereiscausetobelievethattheseconditionswillnotbemet,StayokayisauthorisedtoactonbehalfoftheHostelandterminatetheagreementnonetheless.DepositandinterimpaymentAtalltimes,Stayokayreservestherighttorequestthecustomertotransferorhavetransferredtoabankand/orgiroaccountindicatedbytheHostelunderStayokayadepositequaltoamaximumofthereservationpriceminuspossibleinterimpaymentseffectedearlier.Depositsreceivedwillbeproperlyadministered,servingonlyassuretyforStayokayandwillexplicitlynotconstitutealreadygeneratedturnover.Stayokayisauthorisedtosettleanyamountsduefromthecustomerarisinginwhatevermanneragainstthedepositreceived.Stayokayisobligatedtoimmediatelyreimburseanyamountsremainingtothecustomer.LiabilityStayokaycanneverbeheldliableforanydamagesincurredbythecustomer,theguestand/orthirdpartiesunlesssuchdamageresultsfromdeliberateactionsorgrossnegligenceonthepartofStayokay.ThisexclusionofliabilityalsoappliesinparticulartodamagesarisingasaresultoftheconsumptionoffoodstuffspreparedorservedbytheHostelanddamagesarisingasaresultofcomputerproblems.Stayokayisnotliableforthedamage,lossortheftofgoodsandcanthereforenotbeobligatedtopayanyformofcompensationwhatsoeverinthiscontext.Theaforementionedalsoappliestogoodshandedoverforsafekeepingorgoodscontainedinothergoodsbelongingtotheguest,whetherornotsaidgoodshavebeenhandedoverforsafekeeping.ThecustomerandtheguestandanypeopleaccompanyingthemarejointlyandseverallyliableforalldamagesarisingforStayokayand/oranythirdpartynowand/orinthefutureasadirectorindirectresultofdefault(attributableshortcoming),understoodinanyeventtoincludebreachesofthehouserules,and/orwrongfulacts,committedbythecustomerand/ortheguestand/oranypeopleaccompanyingthem,aswellasforalldamagescausebyanypetand/oranymaterialand/oranymatterundertheirownershiporsupervision.SettlementandpaymentIfareservationismade,thecustomerisobligatedtopayadepositof25%oftheamountprovisionallyowingtoStayokaynolaterthanthedatespecifiedinthereservationconfirmation.ThecustomerisobligatedtopayStayokaytheremainingamountdueundertheprovisionalaccountnolaterthanwithinamonthofthearrivaldate.IftheadvancepaymentexpectedbyStayokayisnoteffectedontime,Stayokayreservestherighttoofferthe(conference)spaceand/orroomsand/orareasand/orservicestoathirdparty.Allaccounts,includingaccountsrelatingtocancellationsorno-shows,areduefromthecustomerand/ortheguestfromthemomenttheyarepresentedtotheminperson,orwithintheperiodindicatedontheaccountconcerned.Ifpaymentisagreedinaformotherthanincash,allaccounts,irrespectiveoftheamountsowed,mustbepaidtoStayokaybythecustomerand/orguestwithinaperiodoffourteen(14)daysoftheinvoicedate.Allamountsmustbepaidineuros.Stayokaycanneverbeobligatedtoacceptcheques,creditcardsandothersimilarmeansofpaymentandreservestherighttoattachfurtherconditionstoacceptanceofpaymentusingsuchmeansofpayment.Thisalsoappliestoothermeansofpaymentnotmentionedhere.Furthermore,banknotesof¼500willnotbeaccepted.ApplicablelawanddisputesDu
