求助!!火车票预定2次,如何退款

提问:在意铁网站上预定火车票,信用卡收了双倍的钱,查看后发现同样旅程预定了两次,根本想不通在哪里弄错了如何让其退一次的钱。另外,这次操作以后,就不能用同一张信用卡预定其他火车票,均说被deny,请问这是因为什么谢谢
